Kitchen Tricks
- Use medium heat to cook slowly and avoid drying out the meat.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to keep the juices inside.
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast in half and toss it with all the spices, soy sauce, vinegar, and ketchup. Give it a good mix to coat everything evenly.
Step 2
Let the chicken marinate for about 2 hours to soak up all those flavors.
Step 3
Heat some oil in a pan and cook the chicken until it’s golden brown and cooked through. Set it aside.
Step 4
In the same pan, add a bit more oil and sauté the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until they’re just tender.
Step 5
Sprinkle in some salt, add the tomatoes, and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Once done, turn off the heat and set the veggies aside.
Step 6
Heat a little oil in the pan again, sauté the chopped garlic for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the flour and cook it for a minute or so.
Step 7
Slowly add the milk while stirring to make a smooth sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes to your taste.
Step 8
Serve the chicken with the sautéed veggies and drizzle the white sauce on top. Enjoy!
