Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and yeast together. Pour in half a cup of milk and stir well. Add a little more milk, about a quarter cup, and knead until you get a soft dough. Grease a bowl with some oil, place the dough inside, and brush a little oil on top. Cover it with cling film and let it rest for about an hour until it doubles in size.

While the dough is rising, heat some oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and onion, and cook for a minute until fragrant. Sprinkle in the flour and stir well, cooking for another minute. Pour in the chicken stock and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Step 3
Add chopped capsicum, boiled chicken, and fresh coriander leaves to the pan. Give everything a good mix, then set it aside.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and knead for a minute. Divide it into 6-7 small balls. Lightly flour your work surface and roll each ball out flat. Spoon some of the chicken filling onto one side, make a few slits on the dough, and fold it over to make a stuffed bread.

Top each stuffed bread with some capsicum and tomato slices, then brush the tops with beaten egg for a nice golden finish.

Bake them in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for about 20 minutes, until theyβre golden and cooked through.
