Why This Dish Is So Special
Cooking Techniques
- Brush the bread lightly with butter or oil to help it toast evenly.
- Keep an eye on the bread while grilling, as it can brown quickly.
Directions
Blend the brown sugar and cinnamon into the softened butter until it’s well combined. Spread a generous amount of this cinnamon butter over each slice of brioche. Heat up your outdoor grill to medium-high and give the grates a quick spray with nonstick spray to keep the bread from sticking. Place the buttered side of the brioche down on the grill and let it cook for about 1 to 2 minutes, or until it’s nicely caramelized and golden. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn. Once done, carefully transfer the toasted slices to a serving platter and enjoy!
