Tos the wings in a big bowl with some cola, then pop them in the fridge to marinate for about an hour. While thatโs soaking, mix together the sazon seasoning, mustard, cayenne, seafood seasoning, celery salt, brown sugar, and BBQ seasoning to make a flavorful rub. Once the wings have marinated, drain off the cola and discard it. Give the wings a good coating of half a cup of hot sauce, then sprinkle the rub all over and toss everything together so the wings are nicely covered.

Heat your oven to 425ยฐF (218ยฐC) and grease a broiler pan or baking sheet with cooking spray to keep things from sticking. Arrange the wings in a single layer and bake them for 30 minutes. After that, flip them over and keep baking for another 20 minutes or so until theyโre crispy and golden. Finally, toss the wings in the remaining hot sauce, pop them back in the oven for just 5 minutes more, and youโre ready to dig in!
