Chef's Cooking Tips
- Warm the taco shells slightly to make them more flexible and prevent cracking.
- Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of honey for extra flavor.
Step 1
Heat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Take a tortilla and press it into a small, oven-safe dish to shape it like a little cup. Brush the inside with melted butter, then sprinkle some cinnamon sugar over it for a sweet touch. Pop it in the oven and bake until it turns crisp and golden, which should take about 10 to 12 minutes. Once itβs done, carefully lift the taco cup out and let it cool on a wire rack.
Step 2
Fill the taco cup with scoops of ice cream placed side by side. Lay banana halves along the sides of the ice cream, then scatter diced strawberries over one scoop and pineapple pieces over the other. Add a generous dollop of whipped cream in the middle, drizzle some chocolate syrup on top, and finish it off with a sprinkle of walnuts. Enjoy!
