Lightly heat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease three 9x5-inch loaf pans if theyβre metal or glass, or just use silicone pans without greasing. In a big bowl, combine the coconut flour, all-purpose flour, xylitol, coconut sugar, flaxseed meal, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mash up the bananas and mix them with melted butter, coconut milk, and eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk everything together until smooth and lump-free. Gently fold in the macadamia nuts. Divide the batter evenly among the pans and pop them in the oven. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean. Let the loaves cool for a bit on a wire rack before taking them out of the pans. Theyβre great served warm!
