Tips For Perfect Results
- Chill the patties before cooking to help them hold together better.
- Cook on medium heat to avoid drying out the fish while achieving a nice crust.
Step 1
Combin the tuna, soy sauce, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, eggs, salt, pepper, and almond meal in a bowl. You can mix everything together by hand or use a food processor until the mixture comes together and feels firm enough to shape. Once itβs ready, divide the mixture into four equal portions and gently shape them into patties.
Step 2
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the patties and cook them for about 5 minutes on each side. You want them to be nicely browned and cooked through but still moist inside. Once they're done, take them off the heat and serve them up however you like!
