Directions
Bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil in a pot. While thatβs heating up, add 1 1/4 cups of water, cashews, cornstarch, soy sauce, brewers' yeast, onion powder, lemon juice, basil, garlic powder, salt, and rosemary to a blender. Blend everything until itβs nice and smooth. Once the water is boiling, pour the blended mixture into the pot. Use the last 1/4 cup of water to rinse out the blender and add that to the pot too. Stir everything together and let it cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, until the gravy thickens up. Give it a taste and adjust the seasoning if you like, then youβre good to go!
