Step 1
Spread the flour out on a large plate. Crack the eggs into a shallow bowl and beat them lightly. In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs with garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, black pepper, chili powder, and salt.

Take each veggie "chicken" strip and give it a good coating of flour first. Then dip it into the eggs, making sure itโs fully covered. Finally, press it into the seasoned bread crumb mix until itโs nicely coated. Set the coated strips on a plate as you go.

Preheat your air fryer to 500ยฐF. Once itโs hot, arrange a single layer of the coated strips in the basket. Give them a quick spray with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
Step 4
Air fry the strips for about 6 minutes. Then carefully flip them over using tongs and cook for another 4 to 6 minutes, or until theyโre golden and crispy. Enjoy!
