Step 1
Arrang the iceberg lettuce wedges on your plates, then scatter the tomato and green onion pieces over each one. Next, cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning it now and then until itโs nicely brownedโthis should take about 10 minutes. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to some paper towels to drain and cool, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Using the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and whisk together the brown sugar, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper right in the pan.
