Directions
Heat your oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC). In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, half a cup of Parmesan, hot sauce, seafood seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until everything is well combined. Drain the crab meat and pick out any shells you find, then fold the crab into the cheese mixture along with the chopped bell peppers and onion. Spread this mixture evenly into a baking dish and sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan on top. Pop it in the oven and bake until itโs bubbly, which should take about 20 minutes. Once itโs heated through, switch your oven to the broiler and let it cook for another 5 minutes or so, just until the top turns a lovely golden brown. Let it cool slightly before digging in!
