Warm your oven to 350°F and lining a mini muffin pan with those cute little cupcake liners. In a big bowl, mix together the pineapple with its juice, the cake mix, gelatin, eggs, water, and oil until everything is well combined. Scoop about a tablespoon of the batter into each liner, filling them up nicely. Pop the pan into the oven and bake for around 10 to 12 minutes, or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean. Once they're done, let the bites cool completely on a wire rack. When they're cool, pipe a small flower of frosting on top of each one and sprinkle with your favorite decorations. Enjoy!
