Directions
Warm some olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the green onions and cook them gently for about 5 minutes until theyβre nice and tender. Pour in the Zinfandel and let it cook down until itβs reduced by about half. Next, stir in the ketchup, soy sauce, mustard, and brown sugar. Turn the heat down and let everything simmer for around 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the flavors come together. Once itβs done, take the pan off the heat and stir in the parsley. Let the sauce cool, then pop it in the fridge until youβre ready to use it.
