Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add the penne pasta. Cook it until it’s almost done, about 90% cooked.

Add the cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce, mix everything well, then finish with some fresh coriander. Serve it warm and enjoy!

Serve with a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a handful of chopped fresh herbs like parsley or basil for added flavor. A side of garlic bread or a crisp green salad pairs wonderfully to balance the creaminess.
