Step 1

Gently heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble the meat into the pan, then toss in the red and green peppers. Cook everything together, stirring frequently, for about 8 minutes until the meat is fully cooked. Drain off any excess fat.

Add the soup, water, chili powder, and onion powder to the skillet and give it a good stir. Bring the mixture to a boil.
