Chop the onions and chilies in a food processor until finely minced.

Add the chicken, salt, chili flakes, chili powder, cumin, coriander powder, coriander seeds, and ginger garlic paste to the processor. Blend everything into a smooth paste.

Take a small handful of the mixture and shape it into a flat patty.

Once cooked, drain them on paper towels and serve warm.
