Gently heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a microwave-safe bowl, throw in the mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, and cream cheese. Pop it in the microwave for about a minute until everything’s melted and gooey. Take it out and stir in the almond flour, egg, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until you get a smooth dough. Press the dough onto a baking sheet, spreading it out evenly, then use a fork to poke some holes all over. Bake it in the oven for around 10 minutes until it’s set and starting to turn golden. Once it’s done, take it out and let it cool for about 20 minutes before adding your favorite toppings.
