Step 1
Gently heat your oven to 300°F (150°C). In a big bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, macadamia nuts, and coconut. In another microwave-safe bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, butter, and brown sugar. Warm this mixture in the microwave for about 30 seconds to a minute, just until the butter melts. Give it a good whisk to dissolve the brown sugar, then stir in the salt, turmeric, and cinnamon.

Pour the honey mixture over the oat and nut mix, and toss everything well so it’s all coated. Spread the granola out evenly on a baking sheet. Pop it in the oven and bake for around 30 minutes, until it’s nicely toasted and golden. Once it’s done, let it cool right on the baking sheet for about 15 minutes to help it set up. When it’s cooled, transfer the granola to a large bowl and stir in the raisins. Enjoy!
